Lines on Faith and more

Joseph reconciles with his brothers
Faith is positive action; a move forwards; a step in God's direction. A teeter-totter gives only back and forth motion. But with faith you can cross an ocean.

Whom the Lord sets FREE is FREE indeed. AMEN!

Joseph, the beloved son of Jacob and Rachael, described in Genesis, has quite a life experience to which not too many of us come even close. Whatever pain he went through was something he didn't even deserve. He ended up in some of the most peculiar situations while keeping his trust in God, which kept him in the freedom of spirit. Although bound in the flesh, by faith he was set free by the Father and therefore FREE indeed.

Joseph must have been thinking along the same line, since his faith in God eventually took him from his "jail term" into the Palace of Pharaoh. Joseph was "raised" a few steps and became the Manager of the Store House and Governor of the land. - - -
and that is what you get when you keep trusting the Lord.

It may seem that you are being lead in the wrong direction... but hold your "horses", serve the "prisoners" around you and watch the hand of the Lord move you into higher "regions". Joseph is the proof of God's faithfulness.

GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST.
Also, we can learn something from the rest of the story of Joseph. A very heart stirring story, how Joseph forgave his brothers.
A SHINING STAR IN THE HEAVENS!

Let us praise God right now.
O Lord, we come short on words to thank You and to praise You! How wonderful that You even remember each one of us, who are diligently seeking Your face, that You know our needs and meet these each day .
How mighty are Your deeds in heaven and on earth.
We cannot begin to fathom Your Greatness and Your Awesome Love towards Your children. We do not deserve any of Your kindness or Your mercy, no matter how good we may seem. Thank You, Father for considering us as Your children.

Better not let your "bones" dry out, and if you didn't know it yet, medicine can be avoided. Read what God's word has to say about it.
"A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones."  Proverbs 17:22

Just remember, it is not through YOUR strength that His strength is made perfect ... but through your weakness. You bring Him your problems, He brings you grace.

An AWESOME promise of God in Isaiah 53:5
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we ARE healed.

IT IS UP TO US WHAT TO DO WITH HIS WORD, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!

For we, through the Spirit, wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

I hope you don't mind but I will be your neighbour in the near future, since there is a place prepared for me by my Father... I have my "citizenship" in heaven for the past 50 years. When I go up there I only have to bring my "personal belongings", I mean... all that I am and have in Christ. Thank You, Lord!

Be blessed in the name of the Lord!

The failing "GRACE church"

1 John 5:3 For this is the Love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.

1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world (in oneself), even our faith.

Some may think this IS bothersome... Why? They don't want to get rid of their old "ME".
To crucify the flesh (overcome the world) and to keep the old sinful nature under submission one must apply the scriptures and honor God. This requires
a surrendering of your will to God and yielding to DAILY obedience. To do this, you must learn to walk in His ways by faith; believing that you are able to do what God instructs in His Word.
Faith is ACTIVE, not passive!

There are those who like to do it the easy way... sitting on a cart going downhill... without any effort, just keeping the "ME" comfortable. They don't like discipline and they don't want it either. They call themselves "Righteous", and without confession of sins they believe to roll right into heaven. They say there is nothing to add, for Jesus did it all.

Let me tell you this much, they will NEVER be able to get up hill, for they have NO spiritual strength. They have not applied the much needed spiritual exercise.
They seem to have surrendered more unto themselves than unto God.

They that have surrendered, crucified the flesh and follow the Lamb wherever He goes are CARRIED up and down life's hill by the power of the Holy Spirit. They will sing HALLELUJAH, GLORY TO THE LAMB AND WILL REIGN WITH CHRIST FOREVER.
Amen!
Let us be watchful and seek God for wisdom and protection from these lying spirits.

May God be with you, I pray.

I want you to know!

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Phil. 3:13,14...

My purpose here on earth is... to glorify my Father, honor and adore my Saviour and walk in truth and in spirit according to the Holy Spirit within. I want to praise Him in word and deed. I want to sing for His glory.
I want to speak and write to magnify His name and to lead others to the TRUTH of God's word. NOT for my writing, teaching etc because it is done through His power and Revelation, and is NOT my own.

I would be nothing in myself and even a shameful creature without Him. I am joined here for fellowship and for the purpose to share the mighty works of God.

I promise, I have experienced some outstanding and unspeakable things with God, which not everyone may believe. It has not made me boost or puffed up, but rather humbled me and ripped every/any crown of my head. Just writing the above is touching me deeply and I am moved by the Holy Spirit.

May God touch you in the same manner, I pray, so you will step out, walk through, lay down, lift up and endure till the end. AMEN!

The Need of Forgiveness!

I have noticed that there is something "new" being circulated amongst the believers in Christ, and well... "NO need to confess our sins anymore, because we have become Righteous through Christ."

We cannot allow to ignore sin in our lives and say: "Well in God's eyes I am righteous."
Don't sweep your sins under the carpet, but rather confess to God.
You will be made responsible and accountable for your actions.

Just to say: "I am sorry", is not sufficient. One has to confess, ASK for forgiveness and repent (turning away from sin), opposite of saying: "Lord, change me in this area".

God does not change us when we have sinned, or are  habitually sinning. WE have to turn away from that sin. 1 John 2:6... He that saith he abideth in Him ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked.

Some who claim that they need not to confess and seek forgiveness, since they are "born again" and live in the Newness of life, don't live in the reality of what God teaches. They may not think they sin when they give a harsh reply to their child or husband, cheat in one or another way, or commit sin not noticeable to others. Man's heart is very deceitful, according to what the Bible teaches.

Never mind those who are proclaiming not to have sin, or have no need to ask forgiveness.  If this would be true according to God's word, then where are the miracles of God... where is the MANIFESTATION OF THE THE HOLY SPIRIT?
It's ALL talk and strife with the such... but WORKS are nowhere to be found nor seen! God is NOT manifested in these lives, it just can not be!

But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the POWER. For the kingdom of God is NOT in word, but in POWER. 1 Cor 4:19,20

Even if one is a believer he/she still lives in a non-glorified body, which is able to sin in thoughts and deeds.
Paul even mentions something in this regard, concerning himself. Who of us here is greater than the Apostle Paul?

But for us, the follower of Christ, there is a remedy... that IF we sin...
1 John 2: 1,2... And if any man sin, WE have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And He is the propitiation for our sins: and NOT FOR OURS ONLY, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Yes, God sees us through Christ, nevertheless the believer has to STAY in Christ, walk the talk, cleansed from all our unrighteousness, and the (little) sins which may cling unto them.
Then again, No need to repeat our sins that we have confessed already, as some others do.

There are people who say that they are living "above" the need to ask forgiveness, once they have become followers of Jesus. They better check themselves out in their daily life and routine and see where they fail, or in how far they don't meet up with self-denial, pureness of heart, being an example etc. They are fooling themselves and others.

They may use certain scriptures, but overlook others... thereby misleading themselves.

By claiming who we are is Christ, we also have to live this out in every detail. Be holy for I am holy, says the Lord.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9.  This scripture is addressed to the believer in Christ.

Please, read 1 John 1:6,7.
If WE say that WE have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, We lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

If we do wrong or sin (or, so to speak minor sins) we also hurt ourselves. Practically, we need to go to our Father and "discuss" this with Him, through prayer.

How wonderful it is to see our own children coming to us and tell us what they did wrong. We in turn will GLADLY forgive them. We will be so happy in regards to their openness and willingness to share their errors with us, so we can help them and support them to do better in the future.
How the more will our heavenly Father be available when we confess our sins to Him?

Confessing our sin is like taking a wonderful shower or a dive in deep clean water. It cleanses us from within and we can rejoice  and continue our walk with God, holding His hand tightly. AMEN AND AMEN!!

Remember, half a lie is a WHOLE lie, and we don't need either one!

May the word of the Lord bless you and guide you in all TRUTH, I pray.

Thoughts to Share.

Let us climb up higher... Let's reach heaven's portal... Let's storm the heavens above and call upon Almighty God in time of need. For when we call upon Him, He will be heard from His glorious chamber and turn our night into a bright day. HAVE FAITH IN GOD!

From the end of the earth will I cry unto Thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: LEAD ME TO THE ROCK THAT IS HIGHER THAN I. For Thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. Psalm 61:2,3

Let us allow the Father to lead us in ALL truth, and may we share the knowledge and wisdom He has revealed unto us. His ways are so much higher than ours... Let us go up and reach out for more of Him.

FORGET the problems you've faced, but REMEMBER the lessons you've learned! ... and PRACTICE what you have learned!

Keep your eyes focused on the Fulfiller of your faith. No matter what troubles you, He will bestow you with good gifts. ALL good things come from HIM!

God is unlimited. To get through to us He may use any method He sees fit, in order to present us His "message" and speak to us.

Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of My mouth.  Deuteronomy 32:1

The servant of God, being filled with the Holy Spirit and who walks according to His Statutes and Ordinances, has the authority over satan and the fallen angels of darkness. Such servants will be victorious over the powers in the heavenly region, binding the same and setting the captive free. Bringing deliverance, healing and salvation to those in need.
All done for the benefit of mankind and for the GLORY of GOD!

You think you can sing this song and then act upon these words?

I have decided to follow Jesus;
I have decided to follow Jesus;
I have decided to follow Jesus;
No turning back, no turning back.

Tho' none go with me, I still will follow,
Tho' none go with me I still will follow,
Tho' none go with me, I still will follow;
No turning back, no turning back.

My cross I'll carry, till I see Jesus;
My cross I'll carry till I see Jesus,
My cross I'll carry till I see Jesus;
No turning back, No turning back.

The world behind me, the cross before me,
The world behind me, the cross before me;
The world behind me, the cross before me;
No turning back, no turning back.

Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn Thy commandments.  They that fear Thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in Thy word. Psalm 119:73,74

I have learned to trust God, after which my faith grew steadily.
Trust and Faith go hand in hand to see God at work. Over the years I have learned to trust God blindly, and this has been worked out in my life by thoroughly "investigating" and looking for specifics and fine lines in the Old Testament stories.

I came to learn and read much more secrets between the lines than I ever read before. Not that I imagined something which was not written, but which was actually there, but never caught on. I have several writings which show some of the often overlooked lines.

When I began to understand more of God's personal involvement in the lives of some of the Old Testament figures, I took it as being done/spoken unto me, and it became my own. Through this trust in God, my faith grew tremendously. I have been brought into situation where God reminds me to exercise my faith.

I do not ask to walk smooth paths
Nor bear an easy load,
I pray for strength and fortitude
To climb the rock-strewn road.
Give me such courage I can scale
The hardest peaks alone,
And transform every stumbling block
Into a stepping-stone.

LIFE WITHOUT CHRIST IS CRISIS. FOR WITHOUT HIM YOU CAN DO NOTHING.

For the Glory of God.

VICTORY in Jesus

And men shall speak of the might of Thy terrible acts: and I will declare Thy greatness. They shall bundantly utter the memory of Thy great goodness, and shall sing of Thy righteousness. The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. Psalm 45:6-8

Recently, I did have some challenging days. But I had become calm and at rest in my heart about it. Much prayer has gone up for me and we ourselves did call upon the Lord in full strength, so to speak.
I did not allow my mind to brood upon the negative outcome, but trusted the Lord to look after me.

In the past I personally have been healed of many afflictions and these healings have been lasting.

Let us go from the biblical point of view: "God's promises are Yeah and Amen, and He is NOT a man that He shall lie." God's will is right in His word, if you didn't know it yet. We have experienced many healings and have been standing on God's word, especially Isaiah 53:5,

"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we ARE healed."
Salvation and healing are summed up in this one scripture.

When Jesus walked this globe He healed ALL who came to Him." Matthew 12:15, Luke 6:19 and Luke 4:40
Jesus said: "Thy faith hath made thee whole." Matthew 9:22.

"And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people." Matthew 4:23.

For the healing of a boy, Jesus replied: "All things are possible to him who believes." Mark 9:23b

Jan 13th, 2011, I was diagnosed with skin cancer and operated on then and there. That same day lumps in one breast were observed. This diagnosis was smacked right into my face, without forewarning. Since we did not expect all this, my husband had not traveled with me to the city some 50 km from home. Also, I had some other important meetings to attend that same day.
Just image me with this diagnosis on my mind and my face being cut to dig out the cancer.

Fear was the first thing which struck me, and my mind was turning into turmoil. I know the Lord for 50 years and have experienced many instant healings in my own body, that of my family and an instant healing of 10 years mental illness of my oldest sister.

Now, CANCER is a bad word and satan has so much power added to this devilish illness that most people tend to get overwhelmed by it etc.

The other day while driving in our car, I became very much aware of these powers of darkness trying to do away with me. I am not afraid to die, but NOT by the claws of satan.

I began straight forward talking to these spirits in the boldness of the Lord. I told them what God's word says about this all. I rebuked all and any obstruction of the devil, his lies, threats, deceiving suggestions in Jesus name, and scolded the devil and told him to get behind me, as Jesus did when tempted. No way was I going to be overrun by the powers of darkness, I am holding up the shield of faith.

One secret is to take the authority over the devil, who is disturbing you in your situation. Jesus says that we shall do greater thing then He. Not for us to get any pride, but to act upon His word. With me, I had to subdue my own human thoughts and replace them with God's thoughts, concerning the devil's attack on my body.

I assure you that I am ALREADY HEALED even when Isaiah wrote in Chapter 53:5 God's promise. With Him there is NO TIME, and when Isaiah penned this down, God had me in mind. HALLELUJAH!

By writing this down, tears are running down my face, since God directed me to write this here.

PRAISE HIS AWESOME NAME! I will go forth in HIS STRENGTH.

ALL GLORY TO HIM, FOREVER!

Together with other believers, who dare to stand on God's word and proclaim it, I have overcome these powers of destruction in the powerful name of Jesus, the Christ, the Healer, the Deliverer, the Saviour.
By FAITH... NO  more malignant melanoma (cancer).The rest is history.
PRAISE HIS NAME FOREVER!
